The Peachtree City Fire Department has issued a warning that they will not allow food trucks to operate unless they are in compliance with their requirements regarding fire extinguishers, hood suppression systems, etc. You can download the Fact Sheet here

To sell beer and/or wine at our event here in Peachtree City, there is a $50 per event fee. If your license is not from Peachtree City, then you must provide a copy of your local license/state license along with your application. The link for the application is on the City's website
. Unfortunately, it can’t be done online at this time, but you can mail it in, along with your payment. You must also ensure that all your servers have handler’s permits, which are also available through the City. Due to local ordinance, if a 10' x 20' space is tented, it must be made up of two 10' x 10' tents.
The majority of our event takes place after sunset, and you will need to light your booth. We have electricity available, but you will need to bring your own extension cords and power strips. If you plan to bring a generator, it must be silent, as to not disturb the musical acts.
